How we manufacture
Our manufacturing stations are equipped with modern CNC machines for chip machining and EDM machines for wire cutting and EDM dredging. There are also conventional machine tools and special machines including 3D coordinate measuring at our disposal. Our construction and technology departments are fully equipped with CAD/CAM systems (Autodesk Inventor, Surfcam, Kovoprog) and CATIA systems.
We produce injection tools using modern EDM and CNC production technologies. Their construction takes place in 3D + 2D formats (in CATIA V5 R26 or R30 systems) and in addition we also pattern them and optimize their injection parameters.
With our customers, we cooperate in the entirety of the production process.
